Q: Where are your products made?
A: Every VIIKA formulation is developed, sourced, and manufactured 100% within Europe. We strictly adhere to EU cosmetic safety regulations—the highest standard in the world—to ensure every drop is safe, effective, and ethically produced.
Q: Are your ingredients organic?
A: We use certified organic ingredients in many of our formulations; these will always be clearly listed on the product packaging. For all other ingredients, we adhere to a strict standard of purity. We do not use “junk” fillers or harsh artificial additives—every ingredient is high-quality and ethically sourced from reputable suppliers within Europe.
Q: I have sensitive skin. Are VIIKA products safe for me?
A: We formulate with skin health as our top priority, and we offer specific products designed to be gentle on delicate skin. However, because every skin type is unique, we strongly recommend checking the specific details on the product page and always performing a patch test on a small area of skin before incorporating any new product into your routine.
Q: Do you use artificial fragrances?
A: We prioritize skin health over artificial trends. Some of our products are completely fragrance-free, while others may use safe ingredients for a sensory experience. Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
A: Because we use fresh, pure ingredients, our shelf life is tied to when you open the bottle. Generally, we recommend using products within 6–12 months of opening. Please check the “Period After Opening” (PAO) symbol (the small open jar icon) on your specific bottle for the exact timeframe.
